What if I told you your senior photos could look like this? Would you decide to finally cave to your mom’s wishes and have them taken? My goal with senior sessions is to capture images thats are completely opposite of what was popular 14 years ago when I graduated high school. I like to make getting your photos taken a fun experience and create images that feel natural to you! I never want you to walk away thinking, “That was so cheesy, I’m only doing this for my parents.” I want you to love your photos and be excited to share them. You deserve some nice portraits from such a milestone moment in your life!

I am beyond thrilled by how these engagement photos turned out, and I’m so happy to be expanding my territory to Milwaukee! I’m obsessed with her red dress against all this green! Seriously, chef’s kiss on their outfit choices! We definitely fought a battle against an army of mosquitos, but you’d never be able to tell by how cute they turned out!

This location in Milwaukee is absolutely stunning at sunset, and we had perfect September weather for this maternity session! I’m obsessed with the green overload and the yellow flowers accenting the scene in the most gorgeous way. I strongly recommend this location and I cannot wait to book more shoots here!

The playful energy during this extended family session made the whole experience so much fun! I loved capturing these photos, especially the unexpected goofy action shots! The unplanned moments are always my favorite captures. :)

I’m so happy we made a trip to the beach after we got some shots on the Parkside campus! I love incorporating Kenosha’s most iconic scenery in every photoshoot, and it’s such a fun way to bring some excitement into a grad photoshoot. The champagne popping photos are always some of my favorite shots! Congrats class of 2025!

As a former Carthage grad, I always love visiting the campus to capture grad photos in the spring! The campus is so beautifully adorned with vibrant flowers—those red tulips are absolutely stunning! Both these sessions were so much fun, and I loved walking around finding the perfect photo spots with the most gorgeous light. Golden hour on the Carthage campus is honestly breathtaking!

It was truly such a joy to capture this beautiful proposal, and honestly, just being in the room was so special! The amount of planning that went into creating such an unforgettable moment was so sweet, and I was honored to help capture the memory of a lifetime. Is March 1st in Wisconsin Spring? That’s up for debate. Her adorable pastel pink dress tells us it was a beautiful, warm Spring day, and that’s the illusion I’d like to create. It definitely wasn’t 20 degrees… Those aren’t patches of snow in the background…

Regardless of the temperature, these photos turned out gorgeous, and I’m so happy she didn’t let unideal weather ruin the experience! I had so much fun capturing these senior portraits, and I can’t wait to do more sessions like this in 2025!

I cannot believe what luck we had with this winter wonderland backdrop—especially after having to reschedule once due to freezing weather! It’s not often I get to do a photoshoot in the snow, and there’s just something about that snow and evergreen tree color combo that speaks to my soul. It’s stunning! Winter photoshoots in Wisconsin can be tricky, but this session was definitely worth the risk!

Looking for a gorgeous location for fall photos without the crowd? Sam Poerio Park is perfect! The foliage and the flowers were gorgeous for this session, and our session felt much more private than most. Fall colors are beautiful to feature in photos, but it is a very popular time of year for photography. If the golden hues of Autumn are priority, but you want to avoid the crowds other popular parks attract this time of year, Poerio Park Nature Center is an excellent option.

As much as I love Fall, I am going to miss these gorgeous summertime beach sessions. Splashing around in Lake Michigan to capture these energetic photos was a blast (even though I stupidly wore jeans!) I may have been drenched and covered in sand by the end, but it was so worth it. I think the lifeguard uniform has been the most fun wardrobe change I’ve captured in a senior session yet!

The energy during this session was a blast, and the boys were so much fun to photograph! Those action shots were absolutely adorable! It was very heartwarming to capturing the love and joy in this extended family. Plus, the summer vibes of a beach session in the middle of July will never get old. I love including this gorgeous beach grass every time I shoot at Simmon’s Island!

Your family portraits should capture the personality of your family. Too many posed shots are stiff and boring. I want to photograph you laughing and interacting! You don't sit around all day smiling awkwardly at a camera, do you? So wouldn't you prefer your precious memories with your family to be captured authentically?

It was such a joy to capture the 2 beautiful new additions to my good friend’s family! It seems like just yesterday I was capturing their family of 3 in this very same spot, and am so happy I had the honor of photographing them again as a family of 5! These photos turned out so adorable and heartwarming, despite mom and dad’s exhaustion. Seriously, they are super parents!
